人物经历

1988年毕业于西北农业大学土壤农化系,1998年获西北农业大学植物学专业硕士学位,2003年获西北农林科技大学作物栽培与耕作学专业博士学位。

1988年7月~1992年2月,陕西省蚕桑研究所工作,1992年3月~1999年12月,西北农业大学基础科学系工作,2000年1月至今,西北农林科技大学生命科学学院工作。1999年晋升为副教授。2014年2月-2015年2月在美国俄克拉荷马州立大学(Oklahoma State University)植物与土壤科学系分子遗传学研究室留学1年。

开设课程

主讲植物学、植物生物学和植物显微技术等课程。

研究方向

主要从事植物生理生态和植物利用两方面的研究工作。

蔡国斌,男,整形九科(瘢痕综合治疗中心)主任医师,教授,医学博士,中国医学科学院整形外科医院瘢痕治疗中心主任,医学博士,研究生导师,博士导师组成员。 1982年毕业于白求恩医科大学医疗系,获医学学士学位。同年12月在中国医学科学院整形外科医院从事临床外科。

1986年9月考入中国协和医科大学研究生院,1991年在协和医大获得医学博士学位。

1987-1988年在北京市积水潭医院进修学习手外科。

1989年由卫生部选派出国,参加由WHO、日本和泰国共同举办为期一年的“国际皮肤科学学习班”,获得了国际皮肤科学毕业证书、行医执照及皮肤科硕士学位。现为中国医学科学院整形外科医院瘢痕治疗中心主任,院学术委员会委员。兼任我院工会、感染委员会、病案委员会、学术委员会委员及医院急救队副队长。

已发表论文20余篇,参加4部整形外科专著编写及1部译著的翻译工作。台湾民主自治同盟第七届中央委员会委员,北京市第十二届人民代表大会代表,全国政协第十届委员会委员

主要科学研究领域:

(1)生殖、生理学研究:重点关注医学吸虫卵胚发育和虫卵形成过程中关键酶的分子特性和动力学研究,以及酶作用的分子机制研究。

(2)小分子药物筛选及其抗病原体的机制研究:主要针对病原生物(如疟原虫、弓形虫、结核杆菌等)特有的类异戊二烯合成途径中关键酶的小分子抑制剂进行筛选;同时揭示小分子高效抑制关键酶的分子结构机制,以及其抗病原生物增殖作用的分子机制。

主持湖北省卫生厅专项基金2项,国家自然科学基金子项目1项;参与国家自然科学基金项目4项、湖北省自然科学基金项目1项、省科技公关项目1项和省卫生厅基金重点项目1项等。鉴定成果1项,获湖北省科学技术类自然科学奖三等奖1项。发表学术论文近40篇,其中SCI源刊论文16篇,发表会议论文30余篇。

现担任北京热带医学与学论坛学术委员会委员,和湖北省医学会热带病与学分会委员会委员。现为中华预防医学会武汉分会及学专业会员,中华预防医学会和中国动物学会会员,韩国学会会员等。

本科:临床医学、医学检验、预防医学等专业《人体学》、《人体学与检验》、《病原生物学》等课程的理论与实验教学;大学通识课《食源性病》、《现代生活方式与感染》课程教学;临床英语班《Pathogenic Biology》全英文理论和实验教学。

研究生:《临床微生物学》、《医学生物信息学原理》、《病原生物学》、《病原生物学新进展》、《科学研究方法与规范》、《医学科技论文写作》、《医学文献信息检索》等课程理论教学。 20多年来坚持工作在临床医疗的第一线,积极培养带教下级医生和进修生、研究生。耐心指导临床工作,帮助解决疑难问题,主持完成了“侧胸部血管的定性及定量研究”解决了侧胸区域血管分布复杂、变异大、皮瓣血管蒂选择困难的问题,进而完成了“游离侧胸皮瓣修复面颈部软组织缺损的临床应用”的课题,诊治了许多特殊疑难病例。开展教学讲课及参加国家级继续教育和研究生的授课任务。不仅带领全科坚持每周大查房,还承担了研究生的培养教学任务,参与和指导课题设计、实验模型、临床指导、文献查询和毕业论文撰写等。作为导师组成员,已协助培养了硕士研究生8名,博士研究生10名。

在本院共完成临床手术一万多例。已发表论文20余篇,参加4部整形外科专著编写及1部译著的翻译工作。有2篇论文被收入1996年MEDLINE。主持和参加了二十多项科研课题的研究工作。其中一项获卫生部科技进步二等奖。 唇腭裂,现代面颈部美容整形手术,包括眼、眉、鼻、颌、唇等部位的美容整体综合时尚设计及其手术雕塑,面部年轻化再生术,面部痤疮瘢痕的综合治疗;体表塑形针式吸脂术; 身体各种感染、烧伤、外伤和术后瘢痕的手术和非手术的综合治疗,特别擅长显微外科皮瓣远位修复术、局部皮瓣转移修复术、低损伤微小切口多个皮肤软组织扩张器植入修复术、瘢痕磨削术;先天性唇腭裂、先天性斜颈、先天性并指(趾)畸形的整复;各种体表色素沉着及肿物的切除、根治和整复。
